In 1921, L. Tom Perry opened his fledgling Law Office to serve the legal needs of his clients in Utah. He was joined in 1953 by his son, Ted S. Perry and the Law Firm of Perry & Perry was formed.
After L.Tom Perry passed away, Ted S. Perry continued to practice law until he was chosen to serve as the Circuit Court Judge in Cache, Rich, and Box Elder Counties of Utah in 1978.
When Ted S. Perry retired from the bench, he began the Law Firm of Perry, Malmberg & Perry with his daughter Jan P. Malmberg, and his son David M. Perry. Ted S. Perry has since retired; and the Law Firm of Perry, Malmberg & Perry now includes only David M. Perry and Jan P. Malmberg.
